I AM writing a dissertation on the decline of the cotton industry in Blackburn and would be grateful if readers with experiences of the industry after World War Two would write to tell me about them.
Were you made redundant? Did you leave the industry because of low wages?
I am also interested to hear any views people may have on how the decline of cotton has affected Blackburn.
