I FULLY agree with S Spence (Letters, February 18). Why must I and others like me have to pay for the privilege of living in this filthy, disgusting, dump of a town?
It is time the council addressed this problem and came down hard on the people who create this mess.
Anyone can obtain free of charge a copy of 'Litter and the Law' by telephoning 0942-824620. It makes interesting reading.
I intend to enforce this law myself whenever the need arises in the Little Harwood area.
