WORLD superbike ace Carl Fogarty received his most precious medal yet - after a chat with Her Majesty.
The Queen spoke to the 31-year-old Blackburn rider about his career before presenting him with his MBE for services to sport.
"She asked him if he enjoyed riding and he told her only when he was winning!" said wife Michaela at their Tockholes home today.
Carl stayed in London last night for an event with his sponsors Ducati but proud daughter Danielle, 6, took his medal to show her classmates at Westholme School, Blackburn, today.
