ARMY bomb experts searching the lake in Corporation Park, Blackburn, for explosives warned that "keep out" signs could remain until summer.
Ammunition and a live grenade had already been found and although the lake had been drained, treacherous mud looked set to hamper the operation to recover the explosives.
