IN reply to the Hyndburn Council spokesman (Letters, March 3), who said the housing repairs done at my home had all been in the time allowed, I must apologise for my complaints about the time it took.
I didn't know the allotted time for reconnecting an immersion heater was 12 months or the repair time for a toilet was three years and two months.
