FIRMS are being offered a helping hand that thinks for itself!
The DTI's Information Society Initiative, which recently added the Business LInk East Lancashire offices to its network of centres around the country, has launched a new interactive CD rom for businesses.
The product aims to help businesses use intelligent systems to improve the way they work.
Intelligent systems use software that acts in a similar way to the human mind. They can select and sift through information and learn from experience enabling firms to automate time consuming tasks normally done by humans.
