TWO policemen who tackled a knifeman threatening a woman and two children were set to receive bravery awards. Detectives Phillip Carter and Neil Middleham were named along with three other officers to be honoured at Lancashire police headquarters.
Four members of the Nuttall family from Accrington were also set to be honoured for saving a young girl from a sex attacker.
