POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman at the junction of Prescot Road and Dunriding Lane in Toll Bar, St Helens.
The incident happened at about 6.40am on Sunday, April 26. The woman was walking along Prescot Road when she saw the man standing by the traffic lights. He was white, about 25 years of age with an average build and about 5ft 7ins tall. He had sandy-coloured hair and wore a check shirt.
