A SEX shop which sprang up overnight on a busy town centre street was being investigated by police and council officials. Traders arriving for work in Park Road, Lower Audley, Blackburn, were stunned to see the brightly-coloured Pirate Shop, with its front advertising X-rated magazines and videos. A man at the premises said he was just running a book shop.
