A NEW multi-million pound factory which will create around 20 jobs will be officially opened this week.
Weltonhurst Ltd's new site in Centurion Way, Blackburn, houses workers from the firm's Bottomcroft Mill in Darwen and from sister company P D Plastics at Skelmersdale.
Weltonhurst manufactures plastic products including traffic cones, dustbins, and water butts.
The official opening will be carried out on Friday by company chairman Tony Cann.
