MY daughter was driving to Altham RSPCA Sanctuary when she passed a black van drawing away from it.
The occupants left a dog tied up with string near the sanctuary. Too many people close their eyes to animal cruelty and it is time the law was altered to weed out such people and show them up.
A dumb animal cannot cry out for attention. It is up to decent caring people to do the crying for them.
