AN inquest will be held next week into the death of baby Keiran Hetherington.
One-year-old Keiran was found injured in a bedroom at his home in Bridge Street, Padiham, by his distraught mum, Kirsty.
He was taken to Burnley General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A post mortem examination was held yesterday but details of the cause of death are not being released until the inquest next Wednesday.
Det Sgt Graham Briggs said there were no suspicious circumstances.
Coroner's officer PC Les Cherry, said it was thought to be an accident.
Keiran lived with his mum and dad, Brent Hetherington, his mum Kirsty Cragg and his two-year-old brother.
