AN EAST Lancashire MP slammed a windfall bonus which took Norweb chairman Ken Harvey's annual earnings up to £208,287 as "grotesque".
Pendle MP Gordon Prentice said the £20,625 windfall payment showed how Norweb directors were on a "gravy train", paid for at the expense of the consumer.
The company's annual report revealed that four other directors had salaries which were more than £95,000.
