A FORMER eyesore site in Colne is set to get cleaned up in more ways than one if a plan gets the green light.
Anduff Holdings wants permission from Pendle Council to build a car wash on the former Evora mill site at the corner of Skipton Road and Byron Road.
The mill was demolished earlier this year after standing empty for many years and becoming the target of vandals. Anduff Holdings has also applied for planning permission to erect illuminated signs advertising the car wash.
The scheme is due to go before the council's Colne area committee in September.
