SO the great 'A-board' fiasco is set to trundle on (LET, July 15).
I for one, object to Blackburn Council wasting money hounding shopkeepers.
I like displays outside shops. I likereading what's on offer on 'A-boards.' I like to look at the scooters and bikes outside motorcycle dealer Phil Rostron's shop, they take me back to my 'mod' days.
What I don't like looking at is the Pendle House lifts, the filthy streets, the boarded-up shops - all the things the council should be doing something about but are too busy with other things.
