THE Crown Prosecution Service is to move into new premises at Burnley Wharf, in Manchester Road.
It is leasing a Grade II, mid-nineteenth century former warehouse, which has been refurbished to provide 12,000sq ft of office accommodation.
Acting on behalf of Lockside Estates Ltd of Stockport, the let has been negotiated by H W Petty in Burnley.
The Crown Prosecution Service will be leasing the premises for a term of 10 years and will move in early September.
