FOUR squatters were banned from trespassing on all property belonging to an East Lancashire council following an historic court ruling.
The injunction, at Blackburn County Court, was sought by council officials after damage estimated at thousands of pounds was discovered at Mill Hill flats.
Blackburn Council's senior housing officer David Lord said: "We have got to protect the lives of decent people."
