THE Morecambe and Heysham Chamber of Trade is seriously concerned about acts of criminal damage and vandalism against commercial property in the area. We are particularly interested in cases where the offender has been apprehended by the police but not prosecuted or, if prosecution has occurred, no restitution orders were made. We would welcome any details on these experiences from the business community.
