THERE'S a cracker of a Christmas just around the corner at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Not only can you be entertained by some of the country's finest comics and voices, the spectacular show Eclipse is being reintroduced as a winter warmer.

Starring the graceful Vladimir, acclaimed world-wide for his aerial ballet, the show has gone down a storm since it premiered at new theatre The Globe in July.

World champion aerialists, acrobats, rhythmic gymnasts and ballerinas spin, swirl and soar through a dream-like representation of the seasons.

Fantastic lighting and special effects add to the spectacle and audiences are being invited back for more, afternoon and evenings, between December 5 and January 10.

As producer Amanda Thompson says: "Eclipse has entranced audiences since its premiere and I wanted to give audiences the opportunity to see this very special show at this special time of year.

"We have been most fortunate in securing the original cast for an additional term. I am looking forward to the Christmas season."
