THE Compassionate Friends will be holding a service for bereaved parents at the United Reformed Church, Ormskirk Street, on Wednesday, September 2, at 7.30pm.
The local branch of the organisation was founded in 1985 by Pat and Ken Muskett and Norma and John Pitt, after the deaths of their sons John and Graham.
