THE law, recently passed by the government, says that aspirin and paracetamol can only be sold in packs of 32.
The price was £1 for 100; now, it is that much for 32.
These pain-killing drugs are one of the biggest selling commodities of chemists, so this law is nothing but a back-door tax.
If people want to abuse these drugs, they can easily do so, irrespective of this law.
