BLACKBURN's bus chaos was set to come to an end -- the day after a rise in fares. Government transport chiefs stepped in to force an end to town centre chaos which was choking the town's roads.
Legal big guns were called in to force the peace when bus companies failed to come to agreement to end the free-for-all scramble for passengers.
