BLACKBURN: A motorcyclist injured in a road accident on Friday was still in a critical condition at the Royal Preston Hospital today.
Stephen Baron, 51, of Carnforth Close, Blackburn, was thrown from his motorbike when it was in collision with a car and a lorry on Preston New Road at Mellor Brook on Friday.
He suffered back and chest injuries.
The driver of the car, Mohammed Ali Hussain, 29, of Reedley, died in the crash.
