REGARDING David Bagot's remarks about many, if not all, major suppliers of central heating equipment and plumber's merchants being closed over Christmas (Letters, January 13), if he dealt with old-established and reputable suppliers who care for their customers' needs, he would have access to the parts needed over the Christmas period to repair his customer's equipment.
