MY HUSBAND and son are Rovers season ticket holders, but this season are at an unfair disadvantage with the club selling £10 tickets.

And if you live in Lancaster and receive the Citizen Newspaper, you can claim free tickets.

Also, I believe that if you visit McDonald's before a game you can get free junior tickets.

My son, who is 10, came home from school with a leaflet for the Soccer School at half term, priced at £17 including match day tickets for the Sheffield Wednesday game - which I think is a fair price if you are not a season ticket holder as when I inquired about a reduction in price as we already have match day tickets, I was told none was available.

Are the young fans of today not the fans of tomorrow along with their families? What are Rovers doing to keep them?

Also, what is the advantage of having a season ticket?

As far as I can see, season ticket holders are being penalised for supporting the club.

We do sometimes get the chance to buy £10 tickets for a top match, but the season ticket holder does not benefit.
