MOTHER and son Heather and Michael Dawes have teamed up to get a new venture on the menu.
The duo have recently set up the Newmarket Cappuccino Bar and Delicatessen in Deardengate, Haslingden, and have already expanded by taking on a third member of staff. Heather has previously run pub restaurants and Michael has experience working in American diners.
They turned to the ELTEC business start-up scheme and the Action for Haslingden Partnership for help to launch their business.
