SALLY Collins, managing director of the Action for Haslingden Partnership, has been awarded a degree in community care management.
Sally, originally from Norwich, joined the Partnership in 1996 after a holding a similar post at Burnley Council.
She was awarded her MA after studying for more than three years at Lancaster University.
