BUSINESSMAN Joe Dwek has been appointed chairman of a water watch group.
Mr Dwek, chairman of Bodycote International in Manchester until last year, is to head up the Mersey Basin Campaign.
The Government backed group aims to improve water quality and waterside environment and covers an area stretching from Pendle down to Crewe.
