A LEIGH pest control business has carried off a top national prize.
Pestokill, owned by Mr David Clements, and based on the East Lancashire Road, has beaten off strong competition from all over the UK to take the DATAS Professional Pest Controller of the Year 1998 Private Sector Award.
The 12-years-old company was selected for its innovative use of new technology to record and manage its projects.
The trophy will be presented at the DATAS Training Centre in March, Cambridgeshire, on February 26.
