NINE people were taken to Whiston Hospital following an accident involving two cars in City Road, St Helens on Thursday evening, March 4.
The two cars involved, a Citroen and a Toyota Land Cruiser, collided near to the St Helens Ford garage at about 10.50pm. Four ambulances were despatched to the scene to take the five adults and four children to hospital suffering from shock and various minor injuries.
