STAN Ternent - a proud man, a good manager who wins the respect of his players?

Does a good manager 'sack' four players for lack of commitment, then, four months later, do nothing when six players (most of his signings) show even less?

Do players who lose 5-0 then 6-0 at home respect their manager?

"I will not resign under any circumstances," Stan says - with over two years of a very good contract still to run, is this pride or pound notes?

I genuinely hope Stan can turn it around, but even the 'great' Chris Waddle was humble enough to admit he had made mistakes.
