Clitheroe 5 Holker OB 1

RAMPANT Clitheroe served up another goal-feast thanks to hat-trick hero Dennis Hill and new signing Neil Ollerton.

The Blues have scored 17 times in their last three games as Hill became the third man in five days to bag a hat-trick and Ollerton capped an impressive debut with a brace.

Ollerton set the ball rolling with a neat finish from Dave Gardner's centre on 15 minutes.

And when Gardner was stopped in his tracks inside the box midway through the half up stepped Hill to tuck away the penalty to set up another rout.

Ollerton bundled home the third a minute before half time and Hill made it four with his second spot-kick of the match on 58 minutes after Neil Rhodes was felled in the box.

Hill completed his hat-trick with 25 minutes left but it was the visitors who had the final word when some slack defending allowed Glynn Dixon a late consolation.

Rossendale United travel to Vauxhall GM tonight for a re-arranged North Western Trains League First Division fixture.

In Division Two, Bacup Borough entertain Blackpool Mechanics at West View and Colne are away to Warrington Town.
