LAST year, many people threw heart and soul into Tidy Britain Group's annual National Spring Clean.
I would once again like to appeal for support for this year's campaign which runs throughout April.
In 1998, more than 18,000 tonnes of litter were collected nationwide by three million volunteers who helped make the campaign a great success and it would be tremendous if even more people got involved this year.
Simply ring the National Spring Clean hotline number 0870 241 2441 to receive your free Clean-Up kit, which includes all you need to organise your own litter picking. It's a great way to show your commitment to a clean environment.
