AN embroidery firm is hoping to sew up more contracts and new jobs and after installing a £40,000 machine.
The new device at D Whittaker & Co's embroidery operation at Glenfield Park, Blackburn, will enable the firm to expand its school clothing embroidery work.
It also hopes to take on a new employee in the coming months.
