DAWN Watkinson has been appointed as senior account manager to support the continued expansion of Burnley-based call centre Connections Plus.
Mum-of-one Dawn has previously worked in telesales with BUPA and has also worked for bed and furniture firm Silentnight.
Connections Plus offers a range of telemarketing services including emergency phone call overflow facilities when customer's switchboards can't cope at busy periods. The company was recently relaunched with a £1 million investment by new owners Guernsey-based Oxygen Investment and Management.
