LANCASHIRE Lynx will be looking to get back to winning ways when in-form Leigh Centurions visit Victory Park.

Lynx put up a brave fight at Widnes on Easter Monday despite being without seven regular first choice players through injury.

David Jones with knee ligament damage and Tommy Hodgkinson with a broken bone in his elbow have joined the long term injury list although Simon Smith and Shaun Geritas may be fit to return to the squad.

Influential scrum half Neil Flanagan is still missing although he should be fit to return in Lynx's next game at Keighley in two weeks time. Steve Hampson is still hoping to strengthen the squad by signing a half back and hooker in time for tomorrow's game although it is proving to be a frustrating exercise as clubs refuse to release players because of their own injury problems.

Under new coach Ian Millward, Leigh have been the surprise team of the season, they currently stand fourth in the table having won six of their opening eight fixtures.

Over the Easter period they suffered a narrow one point defeat at home to Widnes, but they had a comfortable victory at Oldham on Monday.

Lynchpin of the Leigh side is scrum half Craig Dean who they signed from Halifax, another player in top form is prop forward Tim Street who has a new lease of life under the new coaching regime.

Lynx will select from: Parsley, Campbell, Welsh, Abram, Rushton, Murray, O'Loughlin, Norton, Walsh, White, Gildart, James, Solomon, Prest, David Smith, Simon Smith, Guest, Geritas, Bisping. Start 3pm.
