SHARES in several East Lancashire firms are tipped as 'buys' by a firm of stockbrokers.
In its latest monthly review of companies, Henry Cooke Lumsden is upbeat about the prospects for Blackburn-based Scapa, Silentnight Holdings of Salterforth, Skillsgroup, which owns Acuma of Haslingden and Darwen-based Wolstenholme Rink.
