TSK, tsk, tsk, not Bill Chadwick on about trams again (Citizen April 1)?

While I agree with the use of former disused railway lines, there remains some very salient problems, particularly with regards to wheelchair acess - that's my 'hobby horse.'

Pardon me, but I was under the impression that the decisions regarding the rebuilding of a tramline had already been made.

A certain company has already been given the contract to build the trams and lines.
