ON behalf of Imperial Cancer Research Fund, British Heart Foundation and Mencap we are writing to thank the Halifax Visa Charity Card holders in Lancashire.
The card is now in its 10th year and since its launch has raised more than £10 million nationwide for the charities. It is the first charity card ever to reach this.
When customers apply for a Halifax Visa Charity Card they can choose which of the three charities to support. The Halifax has doubled its donation from 25p to 50p, so at present, for every £100 a customer spends on the card, 50p is donated to the charities.
