LOCAL people will have the opportunity to discuss the Kosovo crisis with a senior member of the Government when Foreign Office Minister Tony Lloyd MP visits Lancaster on April 22.
The minister has agreed to speak and answer questions at a public meeting at 3.30pm at Lancaster Town.
Lancaster MP Hilton Dawson said: "Tony has a long-standing commitment to me to come to Lancaster on this particular date and it is a real tribute to the man that in the midst of this terrible crisis he is prepared to make himself available for a public discussion of some of the most serious issues that any of us have faced.
"The meeting will last approximately one hour, it is free and open to all."
