LEIGH will be back at Wembley on Saturday - 28 years after their last visit.

The Rugby League has organised a pre-match parade of the 23 Wembley finalists to mark the game's last appearance at the Twin Towers before the stadium is redeveloped.

Five representatives from each club will form the walk-past out of the famous tunnel and around the pitch about 50 minutes before the start of the Leeds-London Broncos showdown.

Leigh, who as massive underdogs thrashed Leeds in 1971, will be represented by a cross-section of officials, groundstaff, sponsors and fundraisers.

The five selected by Leigh are Tommy Sale, Tommy Coleman, Billy Lea, Derek Sumner and Bob Shuttleworth.

Chairman Mick Higgins says: "It's a great honour to be included in the celebrations. We have tried to choose a cross-section of people connected with the club and I'm sure they'll treasure the occasion."
