I HAVE been receiving reports from friends of mine that there have been sightings in the community of that thought-to-be-extinct species 'councillors'.
Since the last reported sightings occurred two years ago, can anyone cast any light on what has brought them out of hiding?
Have they returned to bring us some message of hope or enlightenment?
