A 36-year-old man appeared in court today accused of abducting a child and five offences of gross indecency against a child under the age of 16.
James Alexander Warke, of Lincoln Close, Blackburn, spoke only to confirm his name, age and address when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates.
He was remanded in custody until Friday.
