JOE Gray believes that he has a unique distinction.
For 55-year-old Joe, now living in Claremont Road, Billinge, is convinced that he was the first-ever baby to be born on what was then the new Clinkham Wood council estate.
And war baby Joe is so confident that he invites anyone to dispute his claim. For the record, Joe was born on the estate on April 3, 1944.
