THE former Circulation club in Holmes Street, Burnley could be turned into a business centre.
Byrom House Community Care Ltd has applied to Burnley Council for change of use. The plan is one of several applications including a scheme for 20 new houses on the site of the former technical college at Burnley Road/ Institute Street, Padiham.
James Petty wants to change the use of a property in Hebrew Road, Burnley, for religious purposes.
The Coal Authority wants to sink a borehole to prevent discharge into Black Clough, at the former Deerplay Colliery.
