A NEW range of office seating has been launched by a Blackburn firm following a buyout.

Dauphin held a conference at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel for office furniture dealers to launch its new range.

In March, the Blackburn firm was sold to part of a German-based group in a £1.75 million deal. The factory, based in Peter Street, employs more than 60 staff.

Elke Dauphin, director of Dauphin plc, is pictured trying out one of the chairs, with chairman Friedrich W Dauphin and managing director Alan Verrinder.
