A ROADSHOW to encourage firms to switch to gas will be staged this week.
Blackburn with Darwen Council is organising the event on Friday to encourage people to look at using liquid petroleum gas-powered vehicles and machinery which are cheaper and greener to run. The event will be split between the Blackburn Technology Management Centre and Groundwork Blackburn and delegates will be transported between the two venues on LPG fuelled buses.
Exhibits at the event will include a Morgan Plus 8 car converted to run on LPG.
Further details on the event are available from Helen Taylor on 01254 692692.
