She should study the messages the then General Montgomery issued to his troops in the Western Desert and Italy and learn how to get loyalty and unbiased efficiency from the rank and file, whatever their race, sex or club membership.
On combating crime and racism her success is confirmed to demoralising her troops. Perhaps she should take her own advice.
