IN reply to Miss L Gee (Letters, June 1), I don't think my colleague, Coun Dave Hollings, needs a map of Darwen as Conservative councillor Fred Slater represents the East Rural ward of the borough, not the Minster Crescent area of Darwen where he lives - which is represented by three Labour councillors.
However, I hope that Miss Gee agrees with the main thrust of Coun Hollings' letter - which concerned the allocation of school places, whereby children from Darwen could lose out if some of the ideas of Coun Slater's Conservative colleagues were ever to be implemented.
