STRONG-arm tactics will be in order at an indoor league competition this Saturday.
For the Travellers Rest, Crab Street, is the venue for the venue for the fifth St Helens Arm-Wrestling Championships.
Weigh-in time is 7-745pm, with the action beginning at 8pm.
There are three different classes:
Local - open to anyone from the St Helens area.
Intermediate - open to novices from all areas.
Professional - open to all professionals.
There are various weight categories and men's and women's events.
